Pre-hospital Emergency Care Glossary Hi! My name is Rebecca Vermette. I live in Laval. I have been studying in Prehospital Emergency Care for 3 years. Next year, I'll graduate, and I'll officially be a paramedic. This glossary will be useful for every other student in my program, and it could be used by paramedics too. I choose 20 words that are hard to pronounce to learn them, and easily used them with a patient. anaphylactic shock noun Exaggerated allergic reaction that can lead to death. Example: My little brother is allergic to peanuts. Introduction

About me  Hi! My name is Rebecca. I am 22 years old. I live in Laval. I have been studying in Pre-hospital Emergency Care for 3 years at College Ahuntsic.  This program is preparing me to become a paramedic.  I have 3 semesters left before I graduate.  During the last semester, I will be mostly doing an internship on an ambulance.  About this blog This blog will be about my studies. It's mostly going to be related to my program and what I do and learn during classes. This blog would be interesting to other students in my program or to anyone who has an interest for the program. I will be posting different type of posts. I'll try to make my post as different and entertaining as I can. I will ensure the quality of my writing by looking for my errors.
