My career as a paramedic.
I just graduated from my technique in Prehospital Emergency Care.
I just graduated from my technique at Ahuntsic College. I finally got my diploma and I have to get a job. I applied at multiple companies to get to work quickly. I heard back from two of them. The first one is "Dessercom", located in Quebec City. I have to move if I take this one. The second one is "Services Préhopistalier Laurentides Lanaudières" or "SPLL", located in the Laurentiens and Lanaudière. I might have to move if I take this one.

It was around midnight. It had started to snow, the roads were becoming icy. I was driving relatively fast, I never saw the sharp turn on the road. I managed to bring my car back in the road, but I never saw the other car that was driving in the opposite direction. We crashed into each other.

Since I have chosen to partner up with Mary, we get along even better than before. We spend all of our time together. We even decided to move in together. We met each other's relatives, and we are always there for one another. The other night, as we were watching our favorite TV show, she told me that she had feelings for me. I didn't know how to react and told her that I needed time to give her an answer. Should we stay friends or should we be in a relationship?

As we get there, the neighbours ask my partner and myself to quickly go in because they fear for the person. I decide to go in first since I know the victim, I've already dealt with them. I see that the person is clearly having a psychotic episode, as usual. I try to get close, but I didn't see that they had a weapon.

Even if I knew the patient, I should've waited for the police to get there. If I had waited, the officers would've had secured the apartment and try to calm down the person. These actions would've secured our intervention. Instead, I went in and put myself in danger. The patient attacked me and tried to attack my partner. He didn't want to risk his life, so he waited for the police to get there, but unfortunately, I didn't survive the attack.

I didn't want to ruin the dynamic that we already have, so I decided to stay friends with them. They took my decision well. It was awkward for the first few days, but we eventually got our dynamic back. The other day, we discussed our retirement plan, and I realise that I never planned it with the human resources.

After so many years of working together, Gabriel proposed to me during one of our vacations. I was so happy. We decided to get married in early summer.

I found out that he is cheating on me with her! He was lying to me for a few months, and telling me that he was going out with his friends, but instead he was seeing her. I am furious and devastated. We get into a big argument, and I decide to divorce him.

After just a few months of knowing each other, we decided to go on a vacation in Hawaii to get married there. We got married on a beautiful beach surrounded by our close friends and family. I could not be happier. When we got back to Quebec, we decided to look for our retirement plan in order to get one that would satisfy both of us down the road.
